How do I sign up?

It’s easy. To use our features, register for an account today. To sign up at any time, click Become a Member at the bottom of the page or the Register icon at the top right. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate and complete your account information.

I can’t log in.  Can you help?

Sure! Check that your username and password are entered correctly (passwords are case sensitive) and that caps lock is off. If that doesn’t help, go to the login page and click the Forgot Password link. Follow the steps to reset your password via email. Still need help? Email us at [email protected]

What can I sell?

Artists and performers can market and sell their handcrafted, digital, and performing arts. All works must be handmade or performed by you, the artist. You can choose any subcategory under our four main categories: fine arts, craft arts, media arts or performing arts.

Are there fees?

All account types are free. There is only one basic fee of 3% for artists who choose to sell on our platform.

How do I earn money?

As an artist, you can sell your works on our site with our secure checkout system. You can accept credit and debit cards with Stripe and PayPal, and more. Your earnings are deposited to your bank account after a patron pays. Read more on our Artist Fees & Payments page.

Why have a studio?

Your studio is your shop. It’s where your work or talent will be showcased. Visitors to Arts Row will find your studio in search and be able to browse and buy directly from there. Simply register as an artist. Once registered, go to your account, set up your studio and post your work or talent!

What types of accounts do you offer?

There are three types of accounts. Each membership is free and we’ve made it easy to join.

  1. Artist Account – Creatives residing in the United States are welcome to join. The types of artists we feature on Arts Row are fine artists, craft artists, new media artists and performing artists.
  2. Patron Account – Fans and buyers from anywhere in the world are welcome to open a free account to start buying from, following, and messaging artists.
  3. Venue Account – Spaces such as restaurants, galleries, pubs, private homes, offices, gardens, clubs and more are encouraged to join and start connecting with artists to feature in their spaces.

Why was Arts Row created?

Many art sites offer amazing help to artists today. However, we wanted to create a niche marketplace for the creators dearest to our hearts, the ones here in the U.S.

It’s true we love our fellow artists from around the world, but our passion is to help those closest to us.

Your Account

Where is my account information?

Log into your Arts Row account. Navigate to your profile image in the upper right corner on our desktop version or click the member icon on mobile. In the dropdown menu, you’ll see Profile, Notifications, General Settings, My Account and more.

How do I edit my studio settings?

Once you’re logged in, navigate to your profile menu. Go to My Account and then to Studio Dashboard. From there you can edit your studio settings.

Where do I change my email or password?

Log in and go to your profile menu. Navigate to General Settings, then to Email and Password. There you’ll be able to change your account email and password.

I'd like to see my purchases.

To see your previous and current purchases on Arts Row, log in and go to your profile menu. Go to Purchases and you’ll see your purchase history. You can also track orders from there.

How do I cancel my account?

If you’re sure you’d like to delete your account, log in and go to your profile. From there, go to General Settings > Delete Account.

Please know that deleting your account will permanently remove all of your content and it cannot be reversed.

What are Favorites?

Favorites are a way to save what you love! To save an artwork or talent click the heart icon when viewing. It will automatically be saved to your Favorites.

This makes it easy to store and find them. Your Favorites are in your Profile under the Favorites tab.

To remove something from your Favorites, go to the Favorites tab in your Profile and click the heart again to remove.

How do Forums and Groups work?

In order to participate in our Forums and Groups, you must be a member and be logged into your account.

Forums are discussion areas where our members ask and answer each other’s questions.

Groups are where members come together under specific interests. Any member can form a Group. Groups may be private, closed or open and can have their own Forums.

Can I message other members?

Yep. You sure can. Simply log in and go to the members page and search the member by name. Once you’ve found them you’ll see a “private message” icon on their profile image. Click it and you’re all set.

How do I access my downloads?

To access your downloads, log into your account and go to your Profile menu. Navigate to My Account, then to Dashboard. Here you’ll find your Downloads.

How do I offer/use coupons on Arts Row?

Artists can offer coupons as a perk to patrons. Once registered as an artist, you’ll be able to post to Arts Row. On each post you’ll have the option to offer a coupon. Follow the instructions for adding a coupon from your studio dashboard.

Patrons can use coupons by applying them to purchases at checkout. You’ll find a coupon on a post when they’re offered. Coupons can only be applied to items by artists who are offering the coupon. For questions about specific coupons, contact the artist directly.

Your Account
